Why do some black people claim obviously mixed people as black?

no white washing...just the truth. That mixed identity steeze won't fly in the USA because biracials look too similar to the people that identify as "black" who cover a large spectrum of phenotypes. It's easier to make a distinction/divide between those types outside the USA because those areas and regions never came up under a binary colorline, jim crow rules and the 1 Drop rule.

"race" was something created by people that look a certain as a way to oppress some people, while keeping certain people elevated.

Genetically speaking two "white" people can be more genetically different than if you compared one of those "white" people to a "black" person.

You're pretty ambiguous, like a slightly more mixed version of Russell Wilson. I think you slip through the cracks if you tried to pass yourself off ass some type "middle eastern". I think it's your hair texture that would lean more into being to pull it off. If have the same look but with an afro, I don't think it would be possible to pull off the "mixed" identity.

basically all the afram pioneering historical figures were admixed because

1. Those are the time periods when Aframs acquired their admx

2. the earliest aframs who were freed/came from long lines of free people of color happened to also, often be admixed.
