Yes really.Really?
Income taxes are on the state and federal level.
Or maybe I'm missing something
Yes really.Really?
it is rich.
Think about that.....lets say a husband and wife each make $125,000/year....you wouldnt consider that to be rich?
If you have 2 people in your household making 6 figures, you're rich IMO. Hell alot of times, if a husband is making 6 figs, the wife will stay home and raise the kids b/c they can afford it
No, we don't.This. Do you complain when the govt takes more money out of your paycheck? Well, so do rich people.
Yes really.

200,000 after the 33% income tax comes out to only 130-140 thousand... I don't consider that rich...
depends, what if you live in Manhattan and have 3 kids?
It is
There's is no scenario that will not make that amount of money be considered "rich"
Absolutely.Take a family of 4 with an income of 250k a year Two kids attending public schools and a mortgage. If you want your kids do attend a decent public school you'll be paying higher property taxes than someone who doesnt have kids in school anymore and moves to a more desolate area. 250k after mortgage property taxes etc goes down to about...130 maybe? Those are the folks you want to raise the income tax on?

Nope, I'm pretty sure out idea of rich is the same exact thing,Dog you're crazy...we must consider rich two different things then.
Absolutely.
Should I have sympathy for someone making 5 times more than the median income for a house of 4?
Property taxes funding education is MAJOR problem and flaw with public ed anyway
Nope, I'm pretty sure out idea of rich is the same exact thing,
Just because a person accumulates expenses that take a sizable portion of their income doesn't mean they're not rich
It is
What's the point of adding all these life scenarios
The poverty line for a household of 4 is $23,000
The median income for a house of 4 is $51,000
There's is no scenario that will not make that amount of money be considered "rich"
This isn't logical, it's greedno ones asking for your sympathy you just don't understand logic.
What's your take on education then- privatize it?
This isn't logical, it's greed
Every extra dollar being taxes will be used by the government far better than person complaining about the taxes will ever use it
I don't like privatized anything.
The kids with all the resources at home shouldn't also get all the resources from the government in education
