I meant to put a circle argument. I already know you can't elucidate your point as it won't hold up.
I've already explained my point. You can't refute it so you came with all these deflections and vocabulary words

That was your point? Are you serious?I've already explained my point. You can't refute it so you came with all these deflections and vocabulary words
The Last Of Us is precisely the kind of game that should not be winning any competitive awards of merit. Just as The Avengers or Transformer movies have no place winning a serious cinema award when compared to cinema that is genuinely artful and meaningful, The Last Of Us is the kind of blockbuster fun that deserved every dollar that it made, but it does a very poor job of representing the greatest creativity that the games industry can offer.
over 200 GOTY is proof enough and one outlet's shytty opinion doesn't outweigh the opinion of the masses.I read this earlier today and I think it's relevant to this thread.

TLOU is a master piece, but I can understand why its tough for you to accept.
I can understand that quote..I read this earlier today and I think it's relevant to this thread.

right, you are the same cat that suggested people who like TLOU (Masterpiece, which you don't like) should try Ryse (shytty and unpolished trash, but you accept) and act like its some sophisticated conversation.I read this earlier today and I think it's relevant to this thread.

Just spew stanary instead of having meaningful conversation brehs
that opinion is based out of that guys ass. again you fail to provide your own for the subject matter at hand, thanks.I read this earlier today and I think it's relevant to this thread.

I never said i didn't like TLOU. In fact I said I liked it a lot, and I got some of that same big blockbuster, cinematic enjoyment out of Ryse. And there is nothing unpolished about Ryse the gameplay is repetitive. But the graphics/animation/presentation are the highlights of the game.right, you are the same cat that suggested people who like TLOU (Masterpiece, which you don't like) should try Ryse (shytty and unpolished trash, but you accept) and act like its some sophisticated conversation.
the fukk are you talking about. I'm not bothered by anything.I have used this argument before, once you have a critically acclaimed game released that YOU don't like is just a point of acceptance that you have to take. I have never been a big GTA fan, but accept the fact that its one of the most important gaming franchises out there. TLOU is probably the most important game released of this past generation and it bothers you.
Cat is making no sense at all breh.I knew I'd get pissed off entering this thread. fukk these Xbots man...
that opinion is based out of that guys ass. again you fail to provide your own for the subject matter at hand, thanks.
Almost none of his points are valid tho because the mediums are completely different.Make a thread asking for opinions then call all opinions you don't like trash, while ignoring the very valid points being made brehs

The mediums are different, but the enjoyment you get out of TLOU is very similar to those movies he mentioned. They are great spectacle, they are a wild ride, and millions of people love experiences like that, but they are ultimately shallow experiences.Almost none of his points are valid tho because the mediums are completely different.
I could name plenty more than 5. But there would be no point in arguing opinion.Name 5 games that have a tighter package overall than TLOU in the past 5 years. There is one game in particular released on the Gamecube that I will give a nod over TLOU, but there are not much more.
The game is a simple straightforward structure. You can't make any of your own decisions that impact the story/gameplay. You can't leave off the path the devs have set up and explore on your own."
You realize this is not a valid opinion right? You're basically trying to boil the game down to a simple straightforward structure and call it an opinion. You realize you're the only one in here who's stated such right?? I'm shocked a few of your ilk haven't chimed in yet. You cannot make an intelligent debate.
