Why do people try to say TLOU has shallow gameplay?

If this game has shallow game play, then I want every future game I play to be the same shallow greatness.
I don't think I've ever played a single player campaign for a game that was mostly linear, literally back to back, like I did with TLOU. After putting 18+ hours into my first play through, I didn't even wait a good 30 minutes before I started my new game+.

I don't get it, This entire thread's premise is wanting to get an objective discussion out of some cats on here yet only a few actually said anything substantive, the rest(or shall I say the only one) who yapped the most in the thread ended up pulling nonsense out his ass. You of all don't need to be talking man, you curse out whomever disagrees with you on anything.
Man some dude pm'd me on Neogaf with his response to this thread I made over there after it got closed. Dude posted a long ass list of reasons why he think it's poor and it was a good read. I didn't agree with most of what he said and I had a rebuttal but it was still a nice civil way to discuss something. On here you discuss something and you're a troll, emotional, "huuuuuuuuuuuuurt"

Nah breh TLOU is about the preservation of life and working together as a team to sustain life and bring peace. Anyone who gets in your way gets dealt with a bat or blunt object.
