Why do college educated black women seemingly, immediately write off blue collar black men?

I got homies who are security guards and other regular ass jobs married to colleged up Black women.

How come this thread has so many replies?

A woman likes what she likes. I've seen plenty of women who like fat brehs, skinny brehs, short brehs, tall brehs, college brehs, tradesmen brehs, aesthetically challenged brehs. I dated some of these women myself.

If a woman doesn't like YOU, then move on to the next. I'm tired of these threads. It's like the lack of self confidence and worthiness is seeping through the screen.

That’s what all these threads are about. Someone got rejected, and blames his personal attributes on why women don’t like certain things. Fact of the matter is, she wasn’t attracted to him enough. I see black couples all the time. All those men aren’t 6’2 with swag, making 6 figures, with degrees.

It's a distortion of reality as it pertains to what most men in this country earn. In general if you make above 100k as a male you are in a very small club but many people men and women alike think it's much more common. I think a lot of the decadence you seen on tv (celebrities, lifestyles of the rich and famous, mtv cribs etc.) and now social media has helped to warp peoples perception of what people really earn. If you add in the fact that we are talking about ADOS men then you really have to disregard all of history to not realize how rare it is.

Yeah those reports are valid, but I think most people are speaking to millennial BW and younger: They seem to have a stronger preference for marrying men who are as educated as them.
