All women do this. I would argue white and Asian women do it more than black women. It’s a class thing.
Both men and women do it in their friendship too. A man or woman with a college degree is going to have a circle of friends with college degrees. It’s a class thing.

I don't have a problem with Blk women or anyone else exercising their right to choose who they wanna date, marry, cohabitate, deal with, etc.
If Blk women wanna severely limit their options on choosing a suitable mate, then cool.
Just don't start wagging fingers & sniveling about Blk men or men in general being this, that or a 3rd should they not get favorable outcomes.

Actually now that I think more about it, I would say Black women are more likely to choose the plumber guy more than other races of women.

I know college women in general date/marry other college educated men obviously, but the dialogue I hear from a lot and mainly college educated black women is that they will NEVER date a blue collar/trade man. Why though?
It seems backwards cause if we're being fr in MOST places where black people live (like the south) the most financially secure black men are blue collar. But their biggest gripe with dating is seemingly "black men aren't earning enough".
Just from what I see, it looks like a lot of college educated/white collar black women genuinely look down on blue collar men. Obviously not all of them, but a good enough amount to notice it. I think educated women in general tend to lean against blue collar men but I specifically see mainly white collar black women talking down.

This is what I be talking about. White and Asian women discuss this shyt with their young daughters. If that Black girl understood, she wouldn’t be on Tiktok bragging about that shyt. She looks crazy. That’s the shyt a man is supposed to brag about to get your attention.
And I’m not saying we aren’t supposed to strive for success ourselves! But at the end of the day the only guy who is choosing you based on those stats is a guy who actually needs your help to create the lifestyle he wants.
