I’m part of the Black community though. My man, kids, community, and social circle are all Black American. I have no problem with Black American men in any capacity. If I did I would stay far away and wouldn’t even visit this site. I only focused on you because you have the most posts in this thread by far speaking as an expert, while admittedly being very removed from the community. I’m protective of my community the same way I would be if a person of another race was talking down on Black people while not being part of it or contributing positively to it.

You are basically regurgitating stereotypes and stuff from YouTube and social media. It’s also harmful to blue collar men to act like they’re less than appealing when people in our community know they have no issues with women.

Y’all get on here every day, and complain about women not lowering standards. When it comes to looks, every group of men does that. But black men are the only ones expecting women of higher social classes and education levels to date down. People usually date within the same lifestyle. A white man who lives in the sticks, and works on a farm is not expecting a white professional woman come to the farm, and milk cows. He’s going after the farm girl. Asians value education. An Asian woman from a highly educated family can’t bring home an Asian man who works at a car wash. She might be able to bring a white plumber, but he has a skill, and Asians lower their standards for white men. Those short Mexicans who do construction aren’t pulling latinas from well off families with degrees. Y’all think every other group of men has it so much better. Do you work with white men? They complain about their wives all the time. Women usually file for divorce. Those white wives aren’t happy either.

Plenty of black women date down, but they are not dating down for a man they aren’t attracted to. Some of y’all just don’t have the looks OR personality to pull like that. Every black man with a decent woman isn’t making 6 figures, or a thug.
