Yeah I don't get the comparison between Skyler and Carmela. Carmela had grave doubts about staying with a scumbag like Tony but she never did anything against him besides steal some money that Tony said didn't exist haha. She knew what he was when they got married.

People have dumb logic when they apply it to Skyler too. She wasn't a completely horrendous c*nt as people say she is. She married a mild mannered chemistry teacher, but Walt was revealed as an angry, sociopathic drug dealer. He broke the contract, and you can't blame her for completely losing her shyt.

She came up and stood on her own two feet. Carmella is annoying, but I understand her perspective now as a grown man. If you tell your wife to hold down the household and not develop any marketable skills over a 20+ year marriage, then she has every right to ask what are the long term financial plans. Tony should have just got a retirement fund or a life insurance policy and it would have deaded half of the trouble in that marriage.

She held down that household though. That place was always spotless, his clothes were washed and dry cleaned and she cooked her ass off.
