why follow the comics and cartoons, like wldnt it be cool if idk batman got raped in jail, that would be dark? what about killing the core character of your uni in his second appearance that's not even a sequel and him being a side character in it still on the mope shyt from the first film and then say in your team up film he was a symbol of hope for the world even though it was shown to be decisive? how about visuals over character growth and common storytelling or picking autistic weirdo arch enemies? no, ok what about trynna put three story lines in one film and then introducing other character via a email pretty different right? What about a character with a no kill rule no matter how down he is suddenly killing or even if jaded and senile doesn't use his greatest tool which is his mind and gets manipulated like a rookie tho he's two decades deep? or seeming like a dikkhead shyting on other properties' superheros by calling them flavors of the month but not even getting your own shyt to pop?

ok ok maybe i'm to hard on the director side, how about being an incompetent company that's trynna play catch up and ride a wave and rush things? how about not having a decent plan and back up plans for idk the next decade or two, its not like they don't have every character to pull shyt off with? or forcing two week scripts and letting trailer companies cut films? or planning 6 movies about useless characters before your mains, not saying other properties shldn't be done but who's asking for a stand alone joker and three more harley filled films? why not use sidekicks to reach a specific target audience since your animated section has a teen hero show that people petitioned to get back becuz of its popularity or the other teen hero cartoon that they love or the one with the cool black kid that was your highest rated cartoon? how about not giving directors multiple chances too fukk up? creating a separate studio for your dc adaptions to let it be its own thing without behind the scenes drama with a guy passionate and knowledgeable in charge?

anywho waiting for shazam, aquaman, ww2 and the batman. WB and DC aren't done yet but boy did they fukk themselves over hard, not respecting your properties and the fans will backfire on you, greedy faggits.
Yes I agree, but a Teen Titans film should be done way down the line, but yes after the mains then the obscure characters, JS.

If justice league, as is, were animated, people wouldnt complain at all. People give animation a big pass on a lot of things.

Cartoons and movie are different, it should of been done like the MCU.

This also, most of those DCAU movies are like barley over an hour and they rush through a lot of shyt but no one cares because it's a cartoon. If someone adapted the Flashpoint animated movie into live-action format as is, it would get shytted on because the story structure wouldn't work in live-action. It's the same reason why live-action anime adaptations haven't worked in Hollywood so far.

these dumbasses at dc had the easiest job in the world.
all they had to do was port the cartoon for justice league and suicide squad, and they were good.
instead...they over thought themselves thinking they were going to make bread.
when they never made any bread overthinking themselves and ruined their franchises they had to be rebooted.

dc and wwf are like two of the most inept fukk'n companies ever.
that after all this time,...they are never ever getting any better.

that one time for nolan, burton and in the wwe's case stone cold are never happening again.
simply cause they still think they are gonna vanilla nerf batman back into adam west and make supes back into fifties era reeves superman in black and white.

personally, i am at the point where i know the movie will be bullshyt but have some hope from somewhere they will port one of these cartoons as a movie and get a clue.

again,...
dc,...

we want this:

ported into this:

NOT THIS

shyt is simple,...how are you in marketing and you don't know this and you work for a billion dollar parent company.

lol Justice League, Batman and Beyond were not "fun". They were about as serious as an afternoon cartoon could be...

Justice League was pretty much a live action cartoon episode from the justice League show. And that's why it's so mediocre and people have been so meh on it. It's just there existing and will probably age poorly. MOS and BVS instilled passion of either hate or love. Justice League was wiped clean of anything interesting to make it a sterile average forgettable comic book film. Ironically the biggest discussion around the film is that everybody wants to see snyders version.

And secondly I love that people that don't actually read comics themselves are always the loudest about characters having to be exactly like some version. And it's always because they grew up watching cartoons and that's their basis of how characters should always be.

I'm always excited to see people's spins and takes on characters. That's one of the best parts of comics, seeing writers put their stamp on characters. For Nolan's films I was excited to see how he would interpret a character, instead of whining incessantly that the character isn't exactly the same as some cartoon. But nolan has the Stan base and fan cache with media and fans where he can do what he likes. People go into Snyder films looking for things to bytch about. Nolan has been an internet darling since memento. Notice how nobody ever bytched about his infuelcence on man of steel and this universe? Even though he came up with the story and character of this superman. Movie doesn't exist without nolan.

But this generation of 80s/90/00s babies are whiny as fukk and just want nostalgia and the same shyt spewed down their throat over and over and over. That's why a show that's mediocre as fukk like stranger things gets popular because they just have to show kids in Ghostbusters costumes and people act like it's the goat.

The proof is people don't give a shyt when you change other small characters from the comics because they didn't actually read their comics and there was no cartoon.
