Meanwhile, in America, the first 'Black' cartoon human being was......
Isn't the main character's name Roger Smith , I don't know because I didn't really watch Big O but I did a quick google search and that's what came up.They have Asian names though.

Right that's the romaji pronunciation of Roger Smith. Like how they say "restu" for lettuce.Better known as Rojā Sumisu

bruh its clear as day that most anime has characters based on white people, the dude name is dandy and has a pompadour hairstyle. most animes are based on some european type shytThe show is steam punk..if you don't know what steam punk is than google it..of course a steam punk show revolves around euro culture..
They can't help the fact that they can't spell/pronounce American names , just like Alucard's name in romanji is Arucard because the Japanese language doesn't have an "l".No, it needs to be authentic. If America for some reason becomes obsessed with creating animation based on far east culture we're not going to give the Asian characters names like Jeffrey Butler.
i think i proved my point...
No one's in denial, I recognize most anime characters are drawn white just not all of them.@MarsPunka You know you can be naive to race issues to a certain extent, but at a certain point shyt is just too obvious and you're in flat our denial.
