May be water temporarily maintaining weight previously occupied by fat. Maybe stalling. Need more info. Length you been dieting? Daily macro breakdown? Current stats?

That said, 1800 is poverty calories no matter the goal.

- Macro breakdown, these are my goals for the day

Protein 115g

Carbs 288g

Fiber 38g

Sugar 103g

Fat 77g

Saturated fat 31grams

I’m under on those some days but stay at 1800

Should I up my calories and just focus on the macros ?

I ain't an expert on the macro game by ANY means, but the Carbs/Sugar goals seems rather high. Especially the sugar.

But I may be way off base.
