He has a player option. He can walk for nothing regardless. Orlando has $55-60 million in cap space this summer with Paolo two years away from his first big deal. They could easily throw DLo a FVV bag for a couple years just because.
But that shouldn't matter since everyone wants to upgrade from DLo.
They can trade Rui, Reaves and the rest of their picks for Donovan Mitchell.

Yes, it does. If he signed for $10 million, they'd have $30 million in cap space and a full MLE plus other smaller exceptions without DLo.
They could trade guys away to create room for Paul George or just use the space to sign more role players. Guys like OG (within reason...), Bruce Brown, Hartelstein, Claxton and Tyus Jones will be on the market.
