Microsoft has been meeting with Take Two and the CEO has been complaining about gamepass out of the damn blue.
I am also leaning toward it being WB which was on sell last year.

I see this rumoured and don't get it. Why would Valve do this? Gamepass coming to steam? Maybe.
No need for Gamepass on Steam as Microsoft games are top sellers and it would defeat the Microsoft PC store.
Gamepass will eventually be on all platforms as they would be the only option to play Xbox owned games. Getting it on Playstation and Nintendo gives you access to their customer base. If MS were forced to fold Xbox hardware in order for Nintendo and Sony to allow it on their platforms, they'd do it.
