I'm a big Nas fan, I don't think any rapper is technically better than Nas, ever. And I'm old enough to have seen his rise and impact, but you almost can't put into words how big Wu was at their peak. This isn't even close.

All i see is U.S record sale numbers.

Wu tang forever was big worldwide. I think they cleaned up all over in Europe and Japan more than any other artist at the time did.

I could be wrong, but i bet wu outsold nas worldwide.

I was born in 74’ raised in Jersey.

Numbers don’t lie.. Nas sold more and had bigger hits..

Nas was #1 in the summer of 96’, in the middle of the Death Row, Bad Boy, Fugees, Bone era

36 Chambers was completely overshadowed by Snoop/Dre etc

Nas has never been very big in Australia, Wu is known by a lot of people, even people who don't listen to Hip Hop wear shirts etc with the W
