if you get a mid-rare steak bloody, its not rested.. which means, they dont know/care how to properly cook a steak..

this thread is hilarious.. alot of yall are better off cooking at home.. telling you now, your well done steak has probably been thrown in a deep fryer.. no professional cook/chef is gonna make anything well done.. probably get the dishwasher to do it..

my parents have always been on the well done tip so I thought that was the way to get it, but slowly over time me and my brother been on the medium to medium rare tip

I think since I was like 8 or 9 I didn't like steak at all up until just a couple years ago when we got on that wave. so yes another person speaking from experience that medium/medium-rare >>> well done

Thats like the time I went to Fogo De Chao and my ex wanted well done meat. The gauchos had to keep going to the back to ask for it. Eventually I told him to just get the chicken and sausage. Its embarrassing because he didn't want to try the lamb, beef ribs or anything. Just a picky ass nikka who mama didn't cook anything except box meals.

I have a great aunt that likes all of her meat and fish cooked blacker than Wesley Snipes baking in the sun in Cabo. Almost chipped a tooth on the bacon one Christmas.

Well, that's for middle-upper middle class nikkas. Us nikkas from the Warsaw Ghetto used to order our shyt Well cuz mfers ain't got health insurance to cover some Dawn of the Dead zombie disease from raw steaks. nikkas be scared of that shyt. It's the same reason mfers eat nuclear holocaust lvls of fried fish, ain't tryna get sick. Axe a ashy nikka/bytch if they ever had sushimi, shiiieet, I know a bytch scared to eat an avocado. She get em for free from one of her mom's friends who has a tree in her yard n she give em to me.

The other day I had a whole tupperware of nothing but guacamole; just chopped some onions, tossed in some seasonings n some hot sauce n taco sauce, shyt was boss. Got halfway thru that shyt, went to the arab store n got some 50¢ Cool Ranch Doritos© n crushed them shyts in that big ass container. Had me a big ass $2 can of that Fruit Punch Boss, 14% alcohol, had a nikka right feelin like a drunk ass ese.

But medium rare steaks is the shyt. I done had so much peppercorn steak my colon gotta be on John Wayne status. A bro had that Foreman grill, man listen, nikka chop up some red, yellow, n green bell peppers with some onions n baby portabellas, season them shyts n cook em on the Foreman with some olive oil while the steaks restin. N don't let a nikka marinate that shyt in ginger soy sauce with the diced pineapples.
