If that the case ain't you admittin Goff limited compared to them 2? He not asked to have too much pressure to win by himself because he in one of the best situations of all time for a QB. He got an elite line and weapons everywhere..... He's a good QB but not many QBs would struggle to get busy in that situation.

Jayden got a comparable offensive line to Goff but not the same type of overall weapons. Stroud got comparable weapons but one of the worst offensive lines. Goff got the best situation of any QB by far. Only Eagles and Falcons come close to Lions talent when you look at offensive team personnel from offensive line, weapons, elite RB/TE/WR etc. Goff a good QB but top 5 seem crazy..... He better than Darnold or Purdy but he got more in common wit those QBs in talent and system make him look better than he is than his actual ability elevatin the team like the elite QBs

I'm giving credence to Goff for his teams success this year. But Goff has been playing great football too. Talent wise; I'd definitely take Daniel's and stroud over Goff.

Jared Goff, and he's been #5 for two years now.

The four mentioned in the OP are the only people I can confidently say are playing the quarterback position better than he is, and frankly I think Goff's played the position better than Mahomes has THIS YEAR.

However, Mahomes is Mahomes so he stays at #1
