I’m not sure I want to do this. But I got brehs yelling at me to file for TDIU just in case my bennies are fukked with.

That said since I’ve been injured I have continued to fight against the idea that I was disabled and that held up my benefits at every stage.

I’m probably not gonna apply for unemployability at least not yet but for the brehs who will I did find a site that breaks it all down

I have… they really just review your records and ask any questions if they have any…. But most of the time…. They don’t even call your or have to call you… your best bet… is hope they call you and also hope whatever you’re claiming has a lot of info for the DBQ that they have to fill out… what’s your question breh?

I should be good. this is the result of a HLR I had filed for my right hip supplemental claim that had been denied. The HLR found failure to assist errors that need to be corrected

Word… I’m put in for my SMC… going be atleast 18 months before it makes it to a VA judge for my case… but that backpay is coming…. Once I get that … I’m moving out the country

Best thing to do is be honest

My old homie went like 10 years without going to VA because he said he didn’t need it. I told him cool, but he needs to at least go for PTSD.

He swore up and down he didn’t have it but when I let him stay with me for a few months.. dude was all over the place.

He eventually took my advice… and when he went in there wasn’t no script or anything he had… I told him to be honest af..


Ended up giving him the full 100. Dude was off and it was fukking with every relationship he had. We eventually fell out but I’m glad he got his shyt and still hope he’s doing alright
