Yup mine does! I’m in Florida. I’m actually going down to the tax collector office tomorrow. It’s a nice chunk of change we are saving!
Man it's a toss up. I started mine March 2024 under the BDD program, retired in September 2024 and I just got my letter on Feb 2025.

Worked for me. Started March 2023. Retired Sept 2023. Got my rating Oct 2023. However I do know some people where it took longer for them. I think they were partially to blame though

Hoping to get the full 70% for ptsd/depression, 30% for sleep apnea, 30% for my back, 10% for tinnitus, and 10% for rhinitis.
I think VA math makes it 90%.
Either way, i filed intent on 31 December. Unfortunately, Trump is choppin up the VA. They are having delays because lack of employees to schedule the C&Ps. I’m based out of Georgia so I think im good. I get back to the States at the end of the month so I’m hoping to schedule my C&Ps for next month.
How long will it take for the decision with Trump? Who knows. I’m glad i finally filed though.

I got it less than 2 weeks after. I was blessed fr cuz the whole process worked damn near perfectly

Yeah, I just read some info about that as well. That’s a long time but the back up will be there. Hopefully I get my C&P exams scheduled next month. That’s when the clock starts right? After my exams?

No the clock starts as soon as you file. Not sure how long the wait is now with these Va cuts but I filed in Sept for mental health. Got my cmp exams on October. Then after that it’s the waiting game.
I think the mental health cmp exams are scheduled quicker because they are usually done using telehealth. Easier to schedule. Other stuff you have to see a doc in person will be a little longer for the exams.
