Definitely get ibs and your feet looked at. You most likely can link ED to anxiety medication. One thing my examiner told me was that if one side of your body hurts, you should be claiming the other side because you naturally overcompensate for your injury. Like if your right arm is in pain, you should also claim your left arm as well. Good luck to youAsthma
Sleep apnea ( sleep study on the way, hoping i get a c pap because i am always fatigued during the day)
Allergic rhinitis
Deviated septum
Enlarged nasal turbinates
Anxiety
Are a few things i am officially diagnosed with.
Lowkey suspect I have IBS but i havent been seen for it
My neck, back is always tight and I stopped therapy for it some years back because of pre deployment phase so ive been self managing with massages, hot baths and stretches. i
My feet of course has a few bunions and calluses from my boots so i may get that checked out. Custom in soles apparently help greatly with foot pain.
I’m still have a few months left to begin my claim but on the medical aspect of things are they anything you guys do to assist with your pains that help?
Dry needling helped a lot with my back. My PT suggested glute work and it helped as long as I kept up with it. My back pain is stress related though and it pretty much went away after getting out. Go figureAsthma

Not sure if I have polyps, my ct scan is next week. Did you get the VA to refer you out of town or get dry needling done in house? I’m def willing to try that and inquire with docs about a referralDry needling helped a lot with my back. My PT suggested glute work and it helped as long as I kept up with it. I see you mentioned nose issues, do you have nasal polyps? I got 30% for rhinitis w/ polyps
Get those medical appointments in breh, get stuff documented. Nearly everything that I claimed that was documented got me a rating. Make it easy on the rater

BDD?For those that has been through the process how long does step 5 usually take?
I considered it as well. There are very few in my area. I wanted to do it part time while I’m home but that doesn’t seem to be a thing.anyone here a VSO?
I've thought about becoming one
it seems like you have to be under an organization like the legion or vfw. I wanted to do it myself independently but there doesnt seem to be any way to do that.I considered it as well. There are very few in my area. I wanted to do it part time while I’m home but that doesn’t seem to be a thing.
BDD?
MDD or PTSD?I have CMP exams on the 12th. Mental health. Depression/Anxiety. I’m currently at 90%. Hope this pushes me over the finish line
Not necessarily.. there are other avenues to become a VSO... yes the ones that people are aware of are the VFW, DAV, American Legion, Wounded Warriors or etc... but you can be a VSO through your state... i know someone that became a VSO through the state... so it was basically working for the State but he was a VSO...i have to find son's math and ask him the pathway he used to become thatit seems like you have to be under an organization like the legion or vfw.
