My man you good?

Josh Hart doesn't play SG. Most of his career has been spent as a SF and even small ball 4. His fukking nickname was "Josh Barkley". He is one of the best rebounders in the league. He does not have the foot speed to defend or chase guards. He's not a fukking 2 he doesn't play like a 2 and he's a slightly below league average shooter.

That's the reality everything else you're saying is irrelevant.

We don't have 6'6 centers we have two true 7 footers which most teams don't even have.

Foh
fukk outta here with your Div II McNeese State bullshyt

Josh Hart natural position is SG

Just because he can play in a 3 guard lineup doesnt make him a real small forward
:what:

You can’t read or sum? He’s not good at the fukking 2 :what:

That’s been his game at every stop this isn’t some unique to the Knicks shyt as stated since his arrival we played at a .600 win pace and won a round

He shot close to 60% from the field in his role :what:

And as a matter of fact he will be playing significant minutes at POWER FORWARD next year so keep crying nikka

I would love that for this season but I have no idea how they do that when Brooklyn seems deadset to build around Mikal.

At least with OG it’s easy to see Masai is trying to keep a sinking ship affloat he just doesn’t want to admit it’s dead. Plus they got the CAA inside track. I think they would give Masai a great draft pick package but he has to admit they are going to have to rebuild to accept it.
I’ve soured on OG his isolation scoring numbers are among the worst in the league.

Mikal simply needs to force his way out the Villanova guys on the Knicks aren’t even trying to hide their desires

The Bridges that we saw on the Nets looked like a top SF and that was a significant sample size

Who contends for a championship with a 6'4 SF?

You seem to have no problem with a team that resembles a Div 3 school

6'1 shooting guards and 6'4 small forwards

You'll have no problem with a 6'6 starting Center

"He plays bigger"

:mjlol:
The Heat were beating us with Strus at the 3 at points dog… (MIND YOU, he got paid 13 million more than Donte by the Cavs).

I think what bro is getting at, is Josh’s height makes him a 2 regardless if he doesn’t play like one. When it comes down to crunch time in the NBA playoffs he’s gonna get bodied by other teams.
Damn near every team plays smaller in crunch time but us (and the Nuggets and Sixers for obvious reasons). Ideally, our crunch time lineup should be:
Brunson
QG
RJ
Hart
Randle

fukk it we should put Josh Hart at the 2 where he’d be significantly less effective to adhere to dated traditional positional norms that most teams don’t even follow that’s what would be best for the team :ehh:

I think IF the team has sights on OG, they need to do it before they go for the superstar but it’s gotta be for a decent package. As much as I’d like to keep Grimes, the MOST you can give up is Grimes, Fournier and 2 picks for OG. Then do RJ, Mitch, IQ and every pick left for Embiid. Cause the asking price for Embiid is going to be everything you have left. No matter if it’s 8 picks or 5. The more we can keep the better package we can offer and the harder it is for teams on the fringes to beat.

Easier said than done. Brooklyn hates the Knicks guts, and won’t help them do this, there was a better chance they could pull this when Mikal was on the Suns. I would love to see it but I doubt it.

Also OG is a better Robert Convington and would be great for a playoff run. Knicks got a limited window before their cap gets fukked up like everyone else. Make a run.
