Everything was set up perfectly. All they had to do was package some players and some picks for ONE high level player. There are several high level players on the move right now, but the Knicks decide to...trade Obi (who is a legit hooper) for peanuts and sign Brunson's bff.

:unimpressed:
Obi isn't looked at as anything special around the league and DDV is a good player.

No one here seemed to want Beal or Porzingis and Lillard isn't a match so what we talking about? I don't think anyone wants Harden either.

Just hold out and wait we ain't winning shyt next season anyway

He plays bigger. Most of his career he has been a SF and he plays small ball 4 next season and you're going to see more of that next season.
Who contends for a championship with a 6'4 SF?

You seem to have no problem with a team that resembles a Div 3 school

6'1 shooting guards and 6'4 small forwards

You'll have no problem with a 6'6 starting Center

My man you good?

Josh Hart doesn't play SG. Most of his career has been spent as a SF and even small ball 4. His fukking nickname was "Josh Barkley". He is one of the best rebounders in the league. He does not have the foot speed to defend or chase guards. He's not a fukking 2 he doesn't play like a 2 and he's a slightly below league average shooter.

That's the reality everything else you're saying is irrelevant.

We don't have 6'6 centers we have two true 7 footers which most teams don't even have

Yea we’re going nowhere with the roster currently constructed. Just a rag doll team of lovable losers.

I think what bro is getting at, is Josh’s height makes him a 2 regardless if he doesn’t play like one. When it comes down to crunch time in the NBA playoffs he’s gonna get bodied by other teams.

The Knicks need to find a way to get Mikal

fukk it go full Villanova Knicks
I would love that for this season but I have no idea how they do that when Brooklyn seems deadset to build around Mikal.

At least with OG it’s easy to see Masai is trying to keep a sinking ship affloat he just doesn’t want to admit it’s dead. Plus they got the CAA inside track. I think they would give Masai a great draft pick package but he has to admit they are going to have to rebuild to accept it.

Knicks played .600 ball and won a playoff series since he joined.

He's had a beyond positive impact on the 9 man rotation. He isn't being asked to be KD.

He's not a SG. He's not effective there. In his career on various teams he has played a minority of his minutes at the 2 for a reason. Throughout NBA history there have been many players who play above their height this shyt ain't nothing new.

That's the reality.

Hart was a fukking beast for us in his role. So what we talking about?

That’s that 2004 pistons influence on the team. I said this last off season and I will say it again the biggest influences on this team are Thibs Bulls years, Villanova, and the 2004 Pistons.
