We literally have too many draft picks. What draftee unless supremely talented is getting minutes ahead of the current roster. You can make an argument Toppin, Mcbride, and Sims need more minutes. Trade the stuff we don't need for someone Now of they gonna end up like Ainge on the Celtic drafting kids to ruin their careers with no playing time.

Porzingis for example fits a need and was better than everyone on that list last season other than Embiid.

They need to make a move this summer. That Mavs pick will never be worth more trade wise, Rose and Fournier are expiring's, they have so much depth they don't want to draft anybody.

Grimes nor Quickley should be given up on based on their playoff performances. These are young players with skillsets that are not easily to replace who we haven’t even seen all of.

These playoff series are a handful of games we have to stop overreacting. Plenty of guys shoot like shyt or have poor series especially role players who can run hot and cold in the playoffs. It’s just a handful of games man.

But we must keep the same energy. The playoffs are the only thing that matters in the NBA. They mock teams that do great in the regular season and fail in the playoffs. Your whole concept doesn't even make sense. Folks were killing both Randle and RJ after that Hawks series loss in 2021 and it was their first playoff series ever. RJ was only 20 and expected more from him.

Grimes averaged 4 points in the playoffs. While shooting miserably. And sense both teams were doubling on Brunson and RJ meant when he did shoot he was very open but still shot 17% from 3 and what 26% overall. He's suppose to be the 3 and D guy and the worst 3 guy on the team when it needed most.

I don't know who because FA hasn't started but I know this team needs a increase in talent that Burks isn't going to bring. The knicks have too many assets, and not enough talent to go into next season banking on Burks and KP to keep them competitive. Plus I told you Hart and Burks are tertiary parts of the knocks offense aka glue guys.

I can get the argument for KP based on talent but he’s injury prone and acted like a bytch the whole time he was in NY.

There isn’t a magical free agency list that will appear come July 1st. We know who all is gonna be available already.

He does all he work of a classic big, but can operate further from the basket. He'll shoot open looks from deep, gives you around 2.5 apg per-36, has the size to protect the middle, and he doesn't shy from physicality. You get the floor spacing and the size only five years younger than Brook.

I think he'd be fine in drop coverage, but I'm also assuming we'd be looking to move Randle and clean up rotations. If you have Grimes/George on the wings, then the perimeter defense should hold up nicely and Jonas can focus on dropping and rim protection.

Do you remember why Ainge kept asking for all the kids for Mitchell, because their salaries combined matched Mitchell’s salaries. You mix in vet expiring's salaries, kids, and picks so you don't have to mix in just kids and picks.

Bro it leaked today the Lakers think they could get Trae. We aren't pursuing him but if they pulled that off that whole roster becomes available. Maybe Hunter or Bogdan...
