Better than Hart, not as good as Brook. Hart's three was built for the corners, so it's not ideal out of the high screen area. Jonas can hit out of the high screen and pop when defenders collapse and leave him. Valanciunas is a bigger offensive threat in the short roll too, whereas Hart's a great passer without many ways to score, Valanciunas is a scoring threat with pretty good passer.

Blopez is a straight up pick and pop center now plus a great shot blocker, so from the purest sense, that's who you'd want.

Brook you have to sign at 35. Valanciunas is an expiring, so you'd get an audition season before committing.

Russ actually could work if he could shoot to save his life. I think a IQ/Russ/Burks trio works better because Russ/Hart don’t bring enough shooting.

Also for Embiid the only way he goes to the Knicks is he tells Philly I want the Knicks only and the Knicks offer Randle or RJ, at least 1 kid (probably IQ to play with Maxey), a lot of picks, and Fournier. Fournier gives them the ability to keep Randle or RJ.

He’s very good in his limited role and on a value contract

With sometimes shooters who like getting into the paint like Randle and Barrett who the franchise is totally committed to it might be a good idea to move towards a more shooting big man

I agree there. But Mitch’s age and contract increase his value league wide so he should be able to garner more than KP in a trade. Whether its picks or an additional young piece etc.

Would this be too much an ask?
Mitch, Fournier and Obi for KP, Avdija and a future first?
