Tbf, all black people (globally) were a lot more active in the 60s. It was a different world. And I dont think we will ever see anything like that again.
Also, have you actually been to Kenya? I don't agree with what the dude you're replying to is implying by saying so, but he is actually correct about Kenyan docility. Even in the US, they are very low key people. When I was actually in Kenya, the only moderately aggressive people I encountered were actually Somali(s) who relocated to kenya.
From my observations the aggressive Africans are on the western portion of the continent, while South Africans are somewhere in between.
As an unrelated aside, I have noticed that Congolese tend to be polite and peaceful folk. Very humble group of people.
