Black people if anything tend to just vote against Republicans moreso than for Democrats.

And that's because of the GOPs tendency toward racism...whatever party is popular with white southerners will probably be unpopular with blacks. Your theory is that black people are so slovenly and unambitious as a constitution of our being, that we purposely forgo supposedly accessible enterprising mainstream opportunities, in favor of a welfare and free money. Supposedly that was the plot all along behind great society initiatives, and the "white liberal" knew they could capitalize on it. No other influences or variables explain welfare rates, just stupid blacks, and the liberal plan.
