White guys were edited out of the recent street harassment video

feminism has always hurt us as black men. Just Sad to see our women support it so much.

I'd argue that white feminists and white women have sent more black men to jail under some BS than anybody else.

That's why it was so dope when women of color called white feminists out on twitter.

They on tumblr too calling out their bullshyt as well.

Let's not just say women of color...it's mainly black women calling out their bullshyt!

Most of these white feminists are racists in disguise. They only use the issues of black people and "POCs" as a talking point for props from other white feminists. As well, I think they do it conviently to not be seen as racist...but look at their blogs...they don't f*ck with black people at all.

I swear to god mayne...after blogging on tumblr, I just end up resenting these cacs even more man...even when they try to do something progressive, their racism and allegiance to preserving the legacy/institution of whiteness f*cks it up.

Same thing happened when a chick did the same kind of vid in Brussels a couple of year back. In intws, she said that if concerned all kinds of people but sure enough, the guys in the vid were all of moroccan origin, and the girl was obviously white.

It's only harassment if it's not desired. These two chicks, the Brussels chick and this chick, desire white male attention, therefore it's edited out. It's 'not harassment'. They can't actually say that, though, because that opens yet another can of worms.

The Street harrassment movement was about creating laws to get black and Latino men locked up. It had nothing to do with helping women.

I agree its never been honest.

What I'm saying is there is problem with harassment. But we can't talk and haven't been able to address it because of BS like this. When I saw the video my first thought was so no white guys harassed her? So this is no surprise it's a shame. How can I as a woman cosign this or speak on a problem when I have to worry about blacks being thrown under the bus? We can't even talk about it on here because while there is a definite problem, there is demonizing of our men. Catch 22 and at this end its just more of white women in danger from the big bad black man.

1. Snuff out the "PAWG" crowd. So many black men are so fuking clueless when it comes to this
2. Spread the word of the coli among other black people. We need some type of platform to discuss black issues without "others" getting involved

Nowhere did I say that racist white women didn't exist, nor have I ever asserted that they understand the struggle better than any other race of women.

I just don't have the myopic view that allows me to believe "all white people are this" or "all black people are that" or "all Hispanics do this" or "all Asians do that".
