Can someone who was taught to be "color blind" tell me what that entails?
Does that mean that your parents had to tell you not to look down on other people?
Not to take the advantages afforded to you because of you skin color? Or just lie and deny that they exist?
That "They aren't all like that"?
I will say that for some reason, the hate and vitriol that Black people could have for White people isn't passed down. I see something happen to a White person and never immediately think "Good for that cracker. He/She/They/It/Them deserved it." However, White people, through media, government programs etc. make a concerted effort to shyt on Blacks beyond all as a priority. White people make sure that the lineage of hate is public knowledge and kept healthy for generations to come.
