Never a huge fan of 1. Ginuwine's best single was In Those Jeans which came a few years later.

Number 2 was the start of Usher reaching the height of his popularity and he's been chasing that success ever since.

Number 3 is ehh. Peaches and Cream was their bigger hit.

Number 4 ehh.

Number 6 is ok but obviously Rock the Boat was bigger

Number 7 is cultural appropriation

Mary J Blige been canceled for a minute now, so fukk number 8. :camby:

I'll go with 5. It's also the one I listened to most recently.

The Truth
That song was without the most popular from a urban standpoint couldn't go anywhere without hearing it lol.
That’s what I’m saying

Song was everywhere and is probably his most successful single to date.

And genuine had some classics (“Pony”, “So Anxious”, “In Those Jeans”, etc) so that’s saying something.

Everything else on the list was dope but not their best work. Genuine crushed that shyt.

Of the options available i liked missing you better but this was the most popular i was in high school in 2001 so i remember for sure since everyone remembers songs from then.

Why is Mary J cancelled?

I hope you aren’t still bothered by that Hillary Clinton shyt lol. If there was one thing that was blown out of proportion, it was that.

Besides, 2001/No More Drama was one of her last truly great albums/eras in a long time.

2001 was one of the GOAT years for music in general.

Alicia Keys and Ashanti released their debut albums

Contagious with R Kelly and Ronald Isley

Carl Thomas and Faith Evans: Emotional

The Ruff Ryder's and Nas vs Rocafella beefs which generated two 5 mic albums Stillmatic and Blueprint

Even the GOAT released an album that year and did a live performance at MSG
