I thought about what work each one did that I couldn’t live without

Chris tucker: Friday
Chapelle: Chapelle show/stand up
Bernie Mac: Bernie Mac Show/stand up
Martin: Martin/movies
Eddie Murphy: SNL/standup/movies

Richard Pryor was way before my time when I look back not as funny as the other dudes:yeshrug:

So it may be blasphemous but

Richard Pryor:camby:
:dahell: They are all Richards sons. 90% of black comedians do some variation of a style Richard created lol.

It had its moments but too much forced humor, same with part 3.

In no way, shape or form are they fukking with Rush Hour 1.:ufdup::ufdup:

2 was a classic way better than 1.

Everything was on a grander scale and Jackie and Chris were totally in sync

Chris in particular was killing it every time he was running around solo in Hong Kong.

Ricky Tan, Hu Li, Kung Fu Kenny, Roselyn Sanchez were nice.

1 started it, 2 perfected it, 3 is like that old roast you forgot in the freezer and finally reheated - something was missing but there are worse ways to spend time. 3 was just a a decade too late rehash of 2

Humor wise I can't agree. Maybe the action and what not was better, but the comedy didn't come off as natural as the first. Only part I remember laughing my ass off at in the 2nd was when Chris and Jackie were both tied up and threatening each other.

"All the fine women on this side, and all the ugly women and triads on that side" :mjlol:. When he started booing at the karaoke bar :mjlol:, he calls some Asian lady señora on the stair chase :mjlol:. That was all at the beginning.

He was going off in the casino scene later too :dead:

He was really great in that movie imo. I thought he was going to keep killing it in movies but he kinda disappeared after that :patrice:

I feel like Mike Epps came and ate off his absence :manny:

If we talking stand up, then definitely tucker gotta go. But if we talking about body of work, tucker belongs on that list because of classics like friday, money talks, and rush hour 1 and 2, plus bunch of small classic cameos.

With that being said, I’m sorry coli and I’m sorry Mac, you gotta go. I love you, but you got nothing that compares to friday.

Why couldn’t ya have put someone like steve Harvey or dl hughley to make this shyt easier.

Eddie->Pryor->Dave->Martin->tucker->Mac

As far as stand up Chris Tucker can go

Comedic film roles? Pryor. Richard Pryor shouldn't even be grouped in with these nikkas though. He from a whole different era.

Overall impact Chappelle gotta go.

thats crazy

I don't know if you're into sports but a good comparison would be some people arguing about who's the best BBall player and somebody saying Michael Jordan was way before my time... he gotta go

Richard Pryor is the Michael Jordan of stand up comedy
