Which exercises have you thrown in the bushes?

I may have to throw Back Squats in the bushes...my ass is getting too big.
I need to start working on my front squat form (never done them).

I stopped doing heavier dead-lifts. I alternate between regular and straight-leg dead-lifts using very light weights. I completely tossed power cleans:whew:, jump squats with weight:snoop:, snatches:rudy:, and upright rows:scusthov:










What do posters do instead of leg extensions? Im trying to toss em but I want to work my tear drop while super-setting with hamstring curls.

Lunges, split squat with BB or smith machine, and single/double leg press have replaced leg ext. for me.
Heck jump on a horizontal stationary bike at max level for two minutes and feel you quads tap out
