Which exercises have you thrown in the bushes?

I had to throw barbell squats in the bushes and substitute more leg press, V-Squat and hack squat. I feel like I still get good results with my legs without having the problems with my shoulders/back.

Upright rows

Squats with a barbell on my shoulders are about to get ditched in favor of a hip belt.

Pressure on spine no more.

Really wanted to do this, but the hassle and the expense of setting this up. :patrice:

I'm done with benching over 225...dbs are my main chest builders.

fukk lat pulldown machines...too many pullup variations to even bother with that faq shyt :pacspit:

only like weighted chinups and hammer form bicep curls for bis

no tricep machines...close grip bench, diamond pushups and dips

only squats and lunges for legs...hate all the machines sans the hack squat

never will stop on deads and squats...will just lower the weights accordingly...im more liable to fukk up my shoulders than lower back:ld:

Leg press

I think they are the main exercises that gave me tendinitis in my knee.

Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns, Leg Press, Leg Extensions, and this:

Maybe I'm trying to use too much weight, but I always feel like puking after doin these because of the pressure of the padding against my midsection.

Skull crushers....Fukk my elbow up every time. Just can't get used to them!
I started doing them on a decline bench and the pain went away. Guess the angle puts less pressure on the elbows.
