Squats with a barbell on my shoulders are about to get ditched in favor of a hip belt.
Pressure on spine no more.
Really wanted to do this, but the hassle and the expense of setting this up.
I'm done with benching over 225...dbs are my main chest builders.
fukk lat pulldown machines...too many pullup variations to even bother with that faq shyt
only like weighted chinups and hammer form bicep curls for bis
no tricep machines...close grip bench, diamond pushups and dips
only squats and lunges for legs...hate all the machines sans the hack squat
never will stop on deads and squats...will just lower the weights accordingly...im more liable to fukk up my shoulders than lower back
