Which exercises have you thrown in the bushes?

I thought I was the only one getting rid of deadlift! It always seemed like an exercise used to build a starting foundation and get your strength up to prepare for other leg workouts like press and squat. I do RDL but that's about it.
Not to mention deadlift is so time-consuming compared to other leg workouts IMO

Just be honest and say you dont like them.
There is like one guy in my gym that squats & deadlifts...the rest of them cats may squat 135lbs, and deadlift 225lbs...but then go all out on the rest of the lifts.

Deadlifts (I just don't like 'em :pachaha:)
Bench (I do Dumbbell Press because the barbell just hurts my left shoulder no matter if I'm lifting heavy or light).

Have shytty form on deadlift and/or such at them and then throw them into the bushes brehs. :mjlol:

Haven't done an isolated "arm" exercise in 6 months... Bicep curls and tricep extensions movements are bushes status...

I missed deadlifts so much over the last few months.....going heavy again had me like :wow:

I've also added snatch grip deficit deadlifts on every 3rd back day :whew: Might be current favorite movement

Been years for me :manny: my arms are 18"

I only recently started doing an "arm day"....mostly because I switched from PHAT to everything once a week.....and wanted a 5th day.

I get so incredibly bored on Tuesday's :shaq2: I have to do HIIT before and core work between sets just to keep me motivated
