I don't fukk with behind the neck presses. I also don't do a lot of squatting either. Heavy squatting I should say. Destroys your joints.
I started doing them on a decline bench and the pain went away. Guess the angle puts less pressure on the elbows.

Just keep adding weight to your dips. I take a 30-35lb dumbbell and put it between my thighs. Same thing w/ pull-ups, i just hold the dumbbell w/ my feet. Then on pushups i put either a 10,25 or 45lb plate on my backGoing to focus more on dips. I actually HATE doing bench. When I see people fighting over it I'm like yall nikkas can have it.
