3-5 sets 8-12 reps. slowly increasing the weight by 10 when i can bang out 12 with considerable easeWhat kind of set/rep range of each do you do in place of bench?
Why are you guys bushing deadlifts? I just started doing them and really like them. I can almost feel them correcting my posture
