Documentary isnt a west coast album?

:laff: stfu

Ive been a west coast hip hop fan since before i had hair on my nuts youngsta. The documentary was not a west coast album.

How many west coast artists were on it? How many west coast producers laced beats for it? It was a decent album, but it was generic as fukk

most people aren't going to understand it doesn't sound like a west coast album at all... it's moreso a rap album from a west coast artist.

but Doctors Advocate was straight hard west coast shyt.

I remember coppin the album and being disappointed as fukk

There was a few good songs but thats it. Maybe 5 songs that ill play today, no more

His lyrics were generic, content generic, it was a pure assembly line manufactured

nikkas are really disrespecting the west coast with this thread. shyt ain't in my top 20 hell even 30. I guess it's a generation thing but I'd put
Ray Luv-Forever Hustlin
Mac Mall-Illegal Business
Mac Mall-untouchable
Above the Law-Music To Drive By
Above The Law-Uncle Sam's Curse
Spice 1-Spice 1
Spice 1-187 He Wrote
Spice 1- Amerrikaz Nightmare
Dj Quik-Safe and sound, rhytmalism

Hell I'll stop right there. The Documentary isn't really even a west coast album. The only thing on there that even remotely sounds west coast is Let Me Put You Up on Game.

Most of the songs were produced by dr dre and had it two nate dogg features

All because it was a mainstream album yall nikkas wanna shyt on this classic :beli:. Game help put the west back on the map when it was looking :flabbynsick: for years

Stop disrespecting. There is at least one west coast reference on EVERY song on the album, most of the beats on the album sound like west coast beats (running, higher, westside story ect) and u got the nerve to say its not a west coast album? :pacspit:

I swear some of y'all have no idea what west coast sounds like. None of those songs have a west sound to them. I'm not saying the songs are wack but IMO I don't even really like The Documentary. Game and his name dropping ever 2 seconds just irritate me. I can only take that nikka in small doses.
