I'm used to seeing bums, I'm in the Chicago area, so it's not foreign to me, but...

I've been downtown LA and San Fran and breh


Muhfukkas out there walkin' and pissin at the same time, and this one dude in Frisco literally lighting up his crack pipe as me and my brother walk past him



And we were literally right around the corner from the shopping mall that we were going to. I ain't never seen no shyt like that in downtown Chicago.

I'm blind to all that type of shyt breh I've seen enough jcat shyt in Frisco to last three lifetimes

my bad i meant the bird streets. don't know why i said holmby hills.

bird streets area is too but it's perfect location for everything i like to do and i can take sunset straight down to santa monica.

Yup, this is always part of the trip when I go out there. Hell, one time, I drove from LA to Vegas and flew back home from there

I'm not using public transit lol. I always hear about LA traffic and parking, but you would think that is every major city (ie. Toronto, NYC)

Nah, LA is a different animal cause their public transit is trash so EVERYBODY is driving.

Grocery stores out there in some areas NOT in DTLA can be hard to find a park. Chicago's area, the parking is a bytch, but it's nothing like LA. Plus with the Metra/Redline out here, you really can get everywhere quickly without driving if you know your way around.

Toronto's public transit is nice too. That city's downtown area is clean af.

Just a heads up, but Hollywood blvd ain't nothing but a wax museum and a bunch of smoke shops and hookah bars

I like the rusty pot cafe in Inglewood too

Never been there could be good, Granny's Kitchen got the best sides (especially the mac & cheese) and chicken I've had in LA though hands down.

I actually work right around the corner, but not sure if I've ever actually had any food from there. We got a lady that sells plates out of her garage out in the north that we usually buy from since she's close. Either her spot or touch of soul. The bay is really lacking when it comes to food vs la tbh.

I don't understand how some of you can stand dtla. It went from me staying the fukk out after dark in fear of getting stabbed to dealing with the mass of stupid ass people to the point that I want to stab myself. Honest to god all the openly touristy spots attract the worst fukking people
