Those road bikes must go really fast, I’ve always had a mountain bike so I wouldn’t know

:francis:

Some coworkers took me mountain biking the other day. Wasn't really my cup of tea, but i had some fun though. It's crazy the way they were bombing down the trails. They kept having to wait hella long for me to catch up, i was granny braking all the way down :mjlol:

I bike pretty seriously. I have a commuter bike that I had custom built at a local shop here. It was a little bit over $3k.
I'm a vintage kind of guy so I have a preference for older looking things.
I need to get a roadbike though and use this more infrequently.

That's a beautiful bike. Got any photos of the other (drive) side?

You might as well have rode a century.

I wouldn't have stopped at 97.000 would have done 20 laps around the block just for the numbers.

You have a cycling computer? Or were you using your phone. My phone wouldn't last 7 hrs while tracking gps. Thus why I have a cycling computer and a watch that does it all for me.

Gonna see if I can find one of these before spring. Still rolling on my old school Trek 7000

I had a Felt hybrid that got stolen. It's the bike that really got me interested in cycling. I don't think I've ever seen a design of theirs that wasn't fly :whew:

This was a solo ride. Honestly I was done at 80 mi. I had run out of food by the time I made it back to my car. I didn't have the 3 miles in me. I have a Garmin 520 computer.
