I can't see the video cause i'm at work but i have an idea what your saying and i agree some may take it to the over extreme end of it but not all are going to that extreme end of it. Only reason, why i'm not saying all the blame should be on the kid is i've seen the show and watched more then one episode cause my daughter watches it, but its set up for the humor for kids and adults and people are just freaking out cause its my little pony. I can understand the appeal of it, just don't see why the show should equal automatic

People get bullied because they're different (e.g do not fit constructed social norms like him watching my little pony things SOCIALLY and ARTIFICIALLY associated with female things rather than biologically ) and he seems to understand that. Yeah, that sucks. People are dikks and are scared of anything different (this manifests in many forms, racism, xenophobia, sexism, ect) mainly because humans have a primitive mentality that is still carried on from evolution and is often subconsciously activated. They SHOULD comfort him, and teach him how to stand up for himself. He shouldn't change himself because a bunch of @ssholes are scared of difference.

He wants to kill himself because he feels bullied and lonely, he feels the world doesn't support him, and unfortunately he's very right at that.

Look, I'm all for fair treatment and intervention when necessary but honestly the more we enable that type of weak behavior the more it'll be a problem. A person has to learn to look inward too and learn how to deal with that kinda stuff. Plus its silly to say he shouldn't change, so at no point in his life should he see why people are making fun of him for liking "My Little Pony"? Forgive me for perhaps missing it but I don't see that being on the same level as say being bullied because you're Jewish. Its all good to be different, but either learn to adapt or learn how to have thicker skin.
