No thats a narrative you’re trying to form because it got delayed on xbox. Game plays fine and its actually finished.

Look at the amount of post release patches on Redfall if you want to see how terrible it launched

The game was delayed for technical issues on Xbox, and has issues from console to the highest end PC.

Review scores aren't in for it from major sites on the console version yet and the optimization patch is TBD.
