Damn didn't know those numbers of landed hits were so low, esp. the first few rds
Still don't understand why ppl take Compubox as a reliable, valid statistical tool. A person counts the action LIVE. It might be a boxing expert I don't even know who counts it but it's a person at the end of the day. There's no way it is reliable anyhow. This is not a team sport where actions are easy or at least much easier to count. They have to decide in split seconds which punches landed in their opinion. They don't differentiate between the power of shots, they count pawing jabs as thrown punches, etc... so even when they count the action very good it doesn't tell the story of the fight. I'm saying cause way too many fans using Compubox to justify their opinion on a scoring or to argue with another opinion while it is really just using another guy's opinion as a fact. And I didn't even count now the possible bias (for either way) of the counting guy.

Compubox is a fancy looking, interesting experiment and I would have no problem with it if people would treat it like that bu it's not a good statistical tool and I don't like how boxing networks adapted it as such. Boxing is a sport which can't really be counter by stats on the way team sports are.

What are debating, Tyson wasn't landing that many punches in the first 4-5 rounds. Which is why I can see round 2 ,4, and even 4 going to Wilder. Depending on how you saw the fight, because Wilder was the aggressive fighter even though punches were slipped or missed. Sometimes it's hard to tell if the punch land too.

It's not inconceivable to givewildeer the two 10-8 rounds and 2 -3other rounds, which makes it a draw .

Boxing judging is down to 4 factors

clean punching
effective aggression
ring generalship
defense

Fury got these in most of the rounds, especially ring generalship and defense but he landed the cleaner, crispier shots too aside of the KD rounds and maybe the first 2 rounds (especially the second).
Effective aggression could have gone to Wilder if he would have been actually effective with it in the rounds he didn't score KD.

While I don't think a 113-113 is a robbery I think it is not the right call and it's the possibly most generous verdict for Wilder and even at that it's a bit of a stretch. There is no case of Wilder winning more than 5 rounds, if someone really tells me that this was a fight where they won equal number of rounds we haven't watched the same fight. Fury outboxed him fair and square from round 3 except for the KD rounds and if you want to snuck in 1 Wilder round there other than those than do it and call it a draw it's not a terrible card but personally I disagree, imo aside of those first 2 swing rounds it was a pretty easy fight to score.

Possible scores range from 116-110 Fury (if you gave all swing rounds to Fury) to 114-112 (if you gave both swing rounds to Wilder) with 113-113 joining them as a bit of a stretch (not inconceivable but very generous to Wilder). Round 3 and 4 were not swing to me, Fury started to outbox him pretty clearly from round 3.

Personally had it 115-111 Fury with giving Fury one of the swing rounds (round 1) and giving the other to Wilder (round 2) and from then Wilder only won the rounds where he KD Fury

Shows how special he is..the more people type about this kid..it seems like they're jealous he has gotten as fast as he has with his late start and wild windmill ways. Well that's tough shyt..that's life..some guys are athletic enough to get away with stuff more. Black men are genetically of superior stock..so it's no shocker. And that goes to every sport you can think of except that hockey shyt.

DUDE GOT HIT ON HIS RIGHT BICEP AND PRETENDED HE WAS KNOCKED OUT.
I REPEAT IT WAS NOT A BODY SHOT.
HE GOT HE ON HIS ARM,
THEN JUMPED UP IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE 10 COUNT.

THIS WHOLE NIGHT WAS A FARCE.

That has nothing to do with anything since Fury punches technically correct and Wilder doesn't. Wilder couldn't read Fury's punches, while Fury saw everything Wilder was trying to do.

That has shyt to do with clowning or putting ya hands behind your back. Roy did that too, and still punched correctly even though his style was super unorthodox

Clowning and punching correctly are 2 different things.

Thank you

and this is why I tell nikkas they should go to the gym and learn to box so they can fully grasp the sport that they claim to love and watch so much. Any nikka who boxed before, knew exactly what I meant. But it be the nikkas who ain't never gloved up trying to put some bullshyt TMZ spin on your posts so they can feel right.
