alot of cats rocked those kicks.. i dont even like em, but I used to see alot of people with em.. plus, they made a huge dent in the skateboard market around the time all the confused hipsters & hip-hop nerds started rocking skate stuff really heavy..
truth be told, I've never seen a pair of those Yeezy's until right now.. he had some custom Skytops my homie at Supra designed, that resembled those back in the day.. they would light up all crazy when he walked/performed..

the 1st ice creams were intended to be that limited, just like all the BBC/Ice Cream gear.
the RBK line of ice creams sold like crazy, hipsters and hypebeasts were all up on them kicks...and like everything in the streetwear/hipster/hypebeast world... it hit hard, and disappeared just as fast.
Also the Ice Creams started falling of after they scrapper the 2000 pairs per shoe thing.
That's when all the broke cats started rocking bootlegs and even Pharell stopped rocking them.
And I think a lot of people are confusing the Ice Creams with The Bapestas.
