Yeah especially in the hood areas.The D Boys, bangers, and goons wield a lot of power.Many of whom intersect.They rule all the networks.Closest thing resembling a strong "patriarchal" structure in areas exposed to poverty like that.If the decide to pluck a young bird, everybody would just look the other way, and not make a fuss about it.I remember one of the og dudes in my neighborhood named "Black Mike".He was way up there at the top of the hood hierarchy.Known killer/drug dealer.Stayed dapper.Clothes.Ride.Constantly decked out.All the younger guys treated him like a celebrity.We guess what this guy decided to do? Nicca started grooming/fukking with a 11 yr old girl.He was her mama's dealer.The mom got so strung out, supposedly, he decided to "adopt" the daughter, but everybody knew what was going on.Nobody said or did anything because of his status.He was still seen as the cool guy regardless.He'd pull up in his caddy, and niccaz would still turn groupie.
Sidenote I remember in 9th grade some broad who is now a stripper would brag about how she'd "break Lloyd bones"...

It still happens today regularly and I am fully convinced these girls know what they are doing. I work in and around HS sports and the amount of little slick comments and flirty shyt I have to cutoff at the head is crazy. I get it like they are just stretching their legs as young women and what they can and can't do in the game. I also feel like a lot of their mothers either enable it or just deliberately look the other way.
As a youngin I used to be tight about how it all worked and how the older nikkas would eat.
But as an adult I'm utterly disgusted that men actually pursue these children and entertain these amateur advances. That shyt is wrong. Tell them little girls to run along

You trying to say they being rebellious, no, they are actively choosing to do this, just like you see 20 something women fukkin with way older nikkas. They know they shouldn’t (in the case of hs vs 20 something) Just like they know they shouldn’t kill or steal.

Thats a tough statement to make even though I get your point. Id rather take it on a case by case basis. Some girls were taken advantage of by older men with advanced mouthpiece,who were already experienced in manipulating grown women. And also used their status as an adult "authority" figure,which may have made it harder for girls to say no.
But there were also situations where the girls were simply attracted to the guy. May have approached him,may have initially lied about her age. Or like I said,not every young girl is innocent and a square. Some girls are advanced and manipulative as well for their age. Some were using the men for money,rides,freedom from parents to be grown. And some wouldnt even see themselves as victims if you tried to put that on them.
If you feel like you were a victim of something. Maybe you were,maybe you werent. If you dont feel like a victim,maybe you werent,or maybe you were.
That’s my point, people in here shifting the blame , taking the accountability off some of these girls, look, true it’s some women that get gamed up, or sought an older man because their molestation led them to seek an older man or whatever else was going on with them, and truly i feel sorry for them, but in the same breath people have do understand the other side to the coin that it was plenty women who went into those situations eyes wide open
You do know kids minds aren’t fully developed? 15 YOs know not to drink, not to steal, not to drive without a license, not to skip school. Guess what? They don’t GET IT until they face consequences. When you’re a little older you don’t have to do dumb shyt and feel consequences to know not to do it. A 15YO dealing with a man is different than a 20YO dealing with a man.
