not saying youre wrong, I agree with you.

studies and texts even say that the council established Jesus as a prophet during this time, he wasnt even a significant figure in the bible before the Council of Nicea

the bible is so heavily edited its unbelievable

anyway I do god's work, i'm just not too jazzed about his fanboys down here

He is spoken about in the Old Testament..........

How do you rely on a book that is known to have been heavily edited by man to fit certain agendas

By referring to the thousands of manuscripts that are floating around that that were written/transcribed by the 1st-4th century, or, by going to this site.....

Codex Sinaiticus - Home

I meant to say 500 years after he died.... my bad

The OT was written before he even lived. Most of the NT (especially the Gospels) was written completely within about 90 years of his death.

Paul's letters were written about 17 years after J was executed.

people can't even keep oral traditions for a few hundred years

This is false. You're thinking of 'The Telephone Game' when you should think of it like kung-fu instructions.

This is false. He was 'deified' 300 years before the Council of Nicea by Hebrews and there was no 'Bible' so-to-speak. It was a collection of documents/scrolls up until the 2nd Century CE.

The Council of Nicea really didn't do much of anything aside from distribute the collection throughout the Empire.

There's nothing wrong with editing especially if you're translating from one language to another and making the text easier to read by using punctuation, chapter headings, page numbers, etc.

If not for the editing, the text wouldn't make much sense.

Why are you singling out atheist when Jews, Muslims, Buddhist, Hindus, Wiccans, Satanist etc also don't believe in your Jesus as a God? There are 7 billion people on the planet and 4.8 billion of them don't believe in Jesus as a God. So when has it not been cool to believe in Jesus you ask? How about since forever for the majority of humans :russ:
Actually Muslims do believe in Jesus. They acknowledge him as another prophet I believe. They just don't put him on a pedastal like Christianity does

Israelites weren't Christians..... and to tell you the truth, what happened to African-Americans parallels what was prophesied to happen against Israel... so much so that it defies coincidence
Here we go again with this Hebrew shyt. You hate being black so much you decided to snatch another culture based on a book that was created in the middle east by arabs
