Explain. How does working your upper body help you develop an ass or a hourglass figure?

Cause there are women with ass and a hourglass frame that have never worked out. The hourglass figure is female genetics. You can't make that in the gym. The only thing that spoils the hourglass figure a woman naturally has is too much body fat obscuring the waist to hip ratio. And you don't need to work on your upper body to keep a low bodyfat %. You just need to watch what you eat and do some cardio. And how on earth do you develop your glutes doing upper body exercises? That literally makes no sense.

There is no reason for a woman to work on her upper body. Normal day to day chores will have her upper body muscles sufficiently sized to be a sexually attractive woman.
Bro.. women that do bikini competitions and shows.. they go for that hourglass figure.

Working on your shoulders and back (lats), makes your upper body appear more wider thus giving you that hourglass figure.

It's the same for men and the V taper look. Wide shoulders, wide lats that go down to a slim waist.

And if we are talking from a health standpoint, women should work their upper bodies too. Imbalances are not a good thing. Strong legs but a weak back, shoulders, arms etc.

A strong back is crucial to leg movements also.

We talking about weight lifting, not dieting to where she's under weight.

Woman are naturally supposed to stay at like 20-25% body fat, if they lift weights and remain at that bf% they gonna still look feminine.

If you want yo girl to have flabby arm that jiggle then that's all you cuz.

Flabby arms have nothing to do with lifting weights. Flabby arms are the result of a high bodyfat %. There are plenty of women without flabby arms that have never lifted a dumbell in their lives.

If lifting isn't neccesary to having non-flabby arms, why do you want women to do bicep curls?

You down low nikkas keep exposing yaselves with these femimine viewpoints.

They don't know any better and think they'll get an ass like the IG chicks they see doing them dumb ass exercises. They also use the I don't want to get big excuse for not lifting upper body when most dudes at the average gym ain't big as men from lifting. The few girls that do lift heavy aren't big at most gyms but they about that excuse life.

Its not just about getting big that concerns women. Its about having a hard body. If she works out the muscle won't be big but it will be hard like how a man who works out will have hard muscles.

A hard body is simply not attractive on a woman. Most hetrosexual masculine men prefer women with soft bodies.

There is no reason for a woman to do bicep curls. Absolutely none.

Squats, lunges, some weird booty raise with bands workouts, etc. Don’t think I’ve ever seen one doing bicep curls or bench press, just ass workouts all the time. Coli brehetes, what’s with that? :gucci:
They are giving the thirsty audience what they want.

The women in bikini competitions look disgusting. They all take steriods and have absurdly low bodyfat %s with silly ripped bodies. There is nothing remotely feminine about them.

The women men actually desire are Victoria Secrets models. I guarantee you they are not in the gym focused on bicep curls and the bench press. They get their desirable feminine features from having good genetics and proper diet/cardio.

Why is it so hard for ya'll to accept men and women are fundamentally different?

:dahell: hourglass figure is about the waist to hip ratio.

Its simply about genetics (having wide hips) and a low body fat % (small waist). What you said is irrelevant.

Exactly how someone who has no counter to getting completely owned responds.
No because you are wrong and I'm just not going to waste my time.

There are natural drug-tested bikini competitions where women STILL train upper-body to achieve that hourglass figure. Actual pros, not a coli keyboard warrior.

Dude, you legit said the hourglass figure is from the waist down. :mjlol::mjlol::mjlol:

Hourglass must be half empty then :laff::laff::laff:

All these diagrams are just wrong and you are right sir.

Drug tested or not those women are not the type most men desire. The body type most men prefer on women is found on Sports Illustrated swimsuit models for example. And last I checked Tyra Banks wasn't doing bicep curls, shoulder presses, and rows like mad in her prime.

The most sexually desirable women to most men do not lift weights for their upper body. Its totally unneccesary.

@SheWantTheD I think y’all may not be talking about the same thing. @Swagnificent probably means doing a ton upper body isolation work, especially arms. You can have a decent upper body without that being the focus like they do on glute work.

"hourglass half empty":mjlol:

That point was so silly it didn't even dignify a response from me at first. But since you thought it was clever I guess I will have to address it.

So its your opinion that if a woman doesn't lift weights for her upper body that her shoulders and torso will fall off? Think about how stupid that sounds. Women have had hourglass figures from millenia without doing upper body resistance training like men. Ya'll sound straight goofy thinking otherwise.
