Flabby arms have nothing to do with lifting weights. Flabby arms are the result of a high bodyfat %. There are plenty of women without flabby arms that have never lifted a dumbell in their lives.

If lifting isn't neccesary to having non-flabby arms, why do you want women to do bicep curls?

You down low nikkas keep exposing yaselves with these femimine viewpoints.
you get can be skinny with a high bodyfat %, thus it makes sense to add more muscle (lift) to bring your BF % down and firm up. plenty of thin/normal size women have flabby arms, some is genetic based on body type (inverted triangles) others it's because they have very little muscle in their arms.

women need to train their whole body

:dahell: so you not only a Bron stan but also gay?

How is a woman focusing on glutes instead of her upper body stupid? What straight guy wants a girl with muscular arms?
My fellow Knicks breh was being facetious. Aren't you the fake swole guy that thinks doing 20 pushups a day and eating spinach gets you ripped?

nikka said hour glass was about hip to waist ratio. He was wrong.

So what's it about then if I'm wrong?

Ain't the waist to hip ratio the attribute that makes a woman a woman? Or are transgenders not having surgery done on their hips to look more feminine? Maybe ya'll need to get us hip on the shoulder surgeries men trying to become women are doing.

that shyt was funny, you know it. lol, you dont have to respond just cause i loled bro.
but yeah as i posted earlier. i do back and im a woman. i think a nice toned lower back helps the booty and hips pop :yeshrug: and i happen to be busty so i dont want back boobies

No it wasn't funny cause nobody thinks about a woman's shoulders and arms when thinking about attributes that give a woman a sexy hourglass shape. Its always about the small waist and wide hips. Because those traits are more divergent. Most women have similar shoulder widths and arms. As men we ain't really checking for them.

no it wont. your body shape is your body shape. but a balanced body is gonna make every body type look better.
:unimpressed: Didn't know I said ALL.

And of course you have to work with what you have but an hourglass figure is wide hips, small waist and wide shoulders and back.

So... idk what you are talking about. :martin:

women need to train their whole body

I'm talking about extremely flabby arms that look unaesthetic. Not the typical flab girls who don't do sports or lift have. Most women have some flab to their arms even if they have a flat stomach. That is not a problem. I'm talking about the really flabby arms that come from excessive body fat (i.e. obese women). The vast majority of women who are slim can have aesthetic looking arms without lifting a dumbell. That is my point.

And FTR I never said women shouldn't train their entire body. I just said upper body focused resistance training is uneccesary. Full body workouts are fine. Especially if they are cardio focused. My issue is with the idea women should be doing sets of bicep curls, shoulder presses, and rows like a guy.

Spinach and quinoa are essential. But I do suggest more than 20 pushups.

My workout regime comprises of 4 sets of weighted pullups, weighted dips, and weighted pushups to failure a day. Then I follow it up with 4 more sets of bodyweight pullups, dips, and pushups to failure. That sort of volume results in more than 20 pushups. Plus adding weight makes it far more challenging. You'll reach failure in each set at just 10 pushups. I also do squats and deadlifts everyday. Typically high reps for squats. About 4 sets of 15 reps.

Weighted calisthenics is all you need. All those dumbells and fancy machines are unneccesary.
