What’s with women at the gym only doing booty workouts

This is why I'm never returning to a commercial gym after covid.

Thots ruined it. Last time I went to a commercial gym all the barbells were gone from the bench press stations. Of course it was taken to the legs area so chicks could do thot squats. Also a chick was squatting in the bench press area


It's a damn shame really. The gym is a place to train. I'm not there to look at ass, or be distracted with high colors. I don't go to the gym to play man. That's my fukkin sanctuary.

Powerlifting gyms are where it's at, and the only place I will train for strength from now on.

Really breh? I been looking for a more hardcore spot to train at, the hoes aren’t really in my gym but ppl play too much at LA fitness :russ:. Do I have to be a competitive powerlifter in order to join a PL gym?

Explain. How does working your upper body help you develop an ass or a hourglass figure?

Cause there are women with ass and a hourglass frame that have never worked out. The hourglass figure is female genetics. You can't make that in the gym. The only thing that spoils the hourglass figure a woman naturally has is too much body fat obscuring the waist to hip ratio. And you don't need to work on your upper body to keep a low bodyfat %. You just need to watch what you eat and do some cardio. And how on earth do you develop your glutes doing upper body exercises? That literally makes no sense.

There is no reason for a woman to work on her upper body. Normal day to day chores will have her upper body muscles sufficiently sized to be a sexually attractive woman.
