This is why I'm never returning to a commercial gym after covid.

Thots ruined it. Last time I went to a commercial gym all the barbells were gone from the bench press stations. Of course it was taken to the legs area so chicks could do thot squats. Also a chick was squatting in the bench press area


It's a damn shame really. The gym is a place to train. I'm not there to look at ass, or be distracted with high colors. I don't go to the gym to play man. That's my fukkin sanctuary.

Powerlifting gyms are where it's at, and the only place I will train for strength from now on.

Really breh? I been looking for a more hardcore spot to train at, the hoes aren’t really in my gym but ppl play too much at LA fitness :russ:. Do I have to be a competitive powerlifter in order to join a PL gym?

No you don't. It really depends on the club you join, but most don't require you to compete.

Just call them before hand

If a girl does bicep curls and has a low bodyfat %, she can have very well defined arms. Obviously not as a big as a man but muscular enough to be a turn off. I don't like cut up women. I like em to be soft. Even without a pump, you can have well defined and muscular arms if you work out.

Feminine women should not have a cut up physique. To me any guy who says he finds upper body muscle definition attractive on a female is gay.
We talking about weight lifting, not dieting to where she's under weight.

Woman are naturally supposed to stay at like 20-25% body fat, if they lift weights and remain at that bf% they gonna still look feminine.

If you want yo girl to have flabby arm that jiggle then that's all you cuz.

Squats, lunges, some weird booty raise with bands workouts, etc. Don’t think I’ve ever seen one doing bicep curls or bench press, just ass workouts all the time. Coli brehetes, what’s with that? :gucci:
They don't know any better and think they'll get an ass like the IG chicks they see doing them dumb ass exercises. They also use the I don't want to get big excuse for not lifting upper body when most dudes at the average gym ain't big as men from lifting. The few girls that do lift heavy aren't big at most gyms but they about that excuse life.

Right. Training the upper body.. most specifically the back and shoulders will give a woman more of that hourglass figure.
