If that's what they want to do, then fine. I've been to the hospital and doctors office plenty of times, I really don't care if a medical assistant is walking around wearing scrubs. It's just a job. When I need my weight taken, the medical assistant does that. Big deal. When the task at hand requires a nurse, then a real nurse shows up and pulls out a syringe.

funny thing is aren't the prerequisites for the nursing(RN) the same as becoming a doctor.

I could have sworn, I was talking to a chick going into nursing, who had to take a year of biology, chemistry and organic chemistry....

Why not just go through with a year of physics and become a doctor, and make 3-6x the dough
