Borderline legal. There are numerous escort agencies throughout the country. An escort charges for time while a prostitute charges for sex which is illegal. And if you're a guy who acts as a facilitator then you should call yourself an escort agency instead of a pimp. These small differences in word usage can make a big difference legally.

Yea after I typed that I then thought about escorting. But Im sure it should still be a little more to it than that. Just changing the wording of the service shouldnt necessarily clear a person from any legal ramifications. Or is it one of the those things that as an agency they charge for time but whatever happens during that time, the agency isnt accountable for legally?
