its simple really depends on what you want the protein for if its to cut up lose weight get whey protein...if you want to bulk up get the cassein protein...

sometimes their ebay store is even cheaper
I use this because I can't breakdown the milk fat in whey constantly
and the price is damn good.

i know, everyone gives me shyt because it's outrageously overpriced.
it is what it is, i like the macro profile, the taste and it breaks up perfectly in water w/out much effort. i'd rather pay up for something i enjoy than try and save money forcing myself to down a shake i hate.

i tried dynmatize elite whey gourmet vanilla ... i can't take the taste, gotta chug that shyt ...
